Today I heard a shocking news, Adam West is gone after a battle with leukemia at age 88 peacefully.
West became known to a new generation of TV fans through his recurring voice role as Mayor Adam West on Fox’s “Family Guy.” West was a regular on the show from 2000 through its most recent season. West in recent years did a range of voice-over work, on such shows as Adult Swim’s “Robot Chicken” and Disney Channel’s “Jake and the Neverland Pirates.”
But it was his role as the Caped Crusader in the 1966-68 ABC series “Batman” that defined West’s career.
He is survived by his wife Marcelle, six children, five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

ADAM WEST (September 19, 1928 – June 9, 2017)
Jan. 2024 update
Hi everyone, it has been a while since I was on DA, but I want to let everyone know I've been taking break from social media for a while. So much is happing. Last week the bakery I have been working for 2 years is closing this February 1st. I was shocked to learn about the news, last December we just went to Atlanta, GA to compete in Dessert Wars National and no we didn't win but we did had fun there. For the past 13 years we been decorating cakes for parties, weddings, celebrations, and now my boss she's pursuing her life dream of becoming a baking and pastry arts instructor at the tech school that started her career. I'm still working there until it's closing day. I will miss it so much. But when one door closes another one opens and I will still continue. I'm working on opening my own bakery someday.

An important message for social media users
Neither stalking nor stalkers are a joke you know. Other than Christina Grimmie (an American singer who lost her life to an obsessive fan before he took away his own in 2016), take Icelandic singer, Björk for example. "I make music, but in other terms, you know, people shouldn't take me too literally and get involved in my personal life. I was very upset that somebody (Ricardo López, a mentally ill, obsessed American fan of Björk who had attempted to murder her before killing himself in 1996) had died. I couldn't sleep for a week. And I'd be lying if I said it didn't scare the ******* out of me. That I could get hurt and, most of all, that my son could get hurt." - Björk Furthermore, we shouldn't just be interested in one thing only during our lifetime. Take me and my posts for example. Please. Spread the word so other people can be safe and stay safe online. From Nostalgialover808
